Stephen in Acts 7 gives a rough overview of the Gospel backstory with reference to the promises spoken by the prophets, and criticizes the Pharisees for not knowing the writings of their own books, and also rejecting their Messiah and physically killing him. What the modern day Christian church did is focus on the Messiah's dead body on the cross, ignoring His message and life testimony, and turned this horrible tragedy into an idol that they wear proudly around their necks! The good news that Christ and the Apostles were teaching has been subsequently killed, spiritually killing their own congregations in the process by not feeding them the truth from the book. In order to understand the Gospel that Christ preached (before being put on the cross) you have to understand the backstory and what was spoken by the prophets to know what the Gospel (good news) is and what it is not.
The True Gospel should include an understanding of these topics in the backstory:
Noah
- The parts of the Rainbow Covenant (one of the Covenant's with Promise)
- Making a difference between the Holy and Profane and the Clean and Unclean.
- Knowing the importance to not being involved with the ways of (pre flood) pagan practices and Idolatry (later taught by Ham and Canaan to different tribes), especially eating things strangled and of the blood.
- Do Not Murder physically or spiritually and avoid having blood guiltiness of sin.
- Being responsible for establishing and maintaining dominion over God's Kingdom.
Abraham
- The Good News that God Promised to establish a Kingdom people through the seed of Abraham, who is Israel. Connected to Isaac, Jacob and Joseph.
- Understanding the spiritual reference to Abraham's wife Sarah compared to Hagar and how this is an allegory of Mount Horeb and Mount Sinai, which represents the difference between God's Law and sacrificial law.
- Knowing the difference between physically circumcising your flesh versus spiritually circumcising the heart, and the struggle between flesh and spirit.
- Knowing the severity of God's wrath against those that transgress His Laws, but also his longsuffering patience and mercy to those who are obedient and righteous (Lot and family saved from Sodom and Gomorrah).
Moses
- God delivers Israel out of bondage from Egypt by many miracles and Moses.
- God establishing his Holy Covenant (10 Commandments) by his Voice. The importance of Obeying God by his voice (with reference to Noah and Abraham's Faith).
- Israel receives the life giving water at Horeb and the Law at Sinai. The difference between Horeb and Sinai (with reference to Hagar and Sarah).
- Israel struggles to obey God and in turn receive sacrificial law, which is a schoolmaster that was added for disobedience, and allowed only for a time to teach Israel it is easier to Obey God than follow after man made idols and traditions.
- Joshua leads Israel into the Land of Inheritance to rid the land of the heathen and establish a place for God to dwell with them.
- God promised Moses that he will make way for the True Prophet, the Messiah, to teach Israel how to Truly worship Him.
Kings and Prophets
- Unified Israel departs from relying on God alone to establish and demand Kings and Temples made by human hands, after a period of Judges. King Saul rules for a time, but David is given an anointing to become the literal seed of the Messiah, but his transgression of adultery curses Israel. This was prophesied to happen by Moses, understanding the consequence to disobey God's Law.
- Solomon builds a physical Temple and allows the Priests to magnify themselves over the people. Solomon is also influenced by many pagan wives and concubines, causing Israel to be led astray.
- Israel and Judah split from one another forming two Kingdoms, the northern 10 tribes and the southern 2 tribes, with parallel kings: some who were wise and some who were wicked.
- Israel learns pagan Idolatry and again transgress, and God consequently divorces Israel from Judah for this spiritual adultery.
- God punishes Israel by allowing Assyria to conquer and scatter them to the four corners of the earth, as prophesied by Moses. Israel refuses to return after 390 years and their punishment is multiplied by 7. This punishment will now last 2,730 years.
- Judah is also taken into captivity by Babylon for a time and the Temple is plundered and destroyed. Judah later returns to rebuild the 2nd Temple, which is also later defiled by the Greeks, and ultimately destroyed by the Romans.
- The Prophets many times speak God's Words that emphasize anything that man can can build (works from man's hands) can be easily destroyed, but that which God build's is eternal and everlasting. Peter in the book Recognitions of Clement also emphasizes this, but points specifically to the Temple System and Sacrificial Law and how God tore it down multiple times to demonstrate to Israel its fragility.
The True Gospel: Refreshing of the Covenant and Glad Tidings of Good Things
The Messiah preached the Gospel and taught others to publish God's Peace
- The True Prophet (spoken by the prophets) ends Sacrificial Law and Magnify God's Law (10 Commandments under Two Greater Principles + Royal Law).
- The True Prophet was sent to speak God's Words to those with ears to hear.
- The True Prophet only comes for the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel (those who were scattered into the Gentiles).
- The True Prophet will preach the Refreshing of the Covenant and call many back to a Covenant relationship with God; some are called to be "fishers of men", "some hunters" and some disciples, some apostles, and some teachers.
- The True Prophet will be sacrificed, whose Blood seals the Old Covenant and makes a way for the New Covenant and New Kingdom; and His body and soul resurrect after 3 days and 3 nights and dwells with God for 2000 years (as prophesied) before returning in power and glory to establish His Kingdom.
- The ones with "ears to hear" are the many called and few chosen, who are "Jacob the servant", who are also the Blessed, who are (spiritual) virgins who hold the key of David, who are the Brethren, who are also the 144,000 who are the Bride. These are they who obey Christ now to be hated for God's righteousness sake and are taken away from the face of the evil to come (if only for a short time) until they return with Christ as his army of angels to rule and reign.
- The "woman" taken into the wilderness are they who hear God's Voice through the Watchmen and obey them because they know the voice of Shepherd. These are the lost sheep of the House of Israel, who were scattered into the Gentiles and will rise up out of them: as "willows by the watercourses" or as "lilies in the field." Some will be pagan Gentiles who repent and take hold of the Covenant; many will be former Harlots and Publicans. Some will go into hard Tribulation to overcome with patience and endurance and refuse to take the Mark of the Beast and refuse to deny Christ's name. Some are protected while some are beheaded. This is a remnant of people within the modern churches--minus those who refuse to repent. Many who have some sin in the flesh must have that sin purged out like dross removed from Gold and Silver, tried by the Fire of Affliction. Many will relearn God's Law (their teachers will be in front of their faces) and those who desire God will write it on their Hearts as His Kingdom people, but the rebels will be purged out.
- The True Prophet will return with his army of angels to pour out God's wrath upon a Godless world; they will separate the sheep from the Goats and the wheat from the tares and will lead a new Unified Israel on a 2nd Exodus back to the land of Inheritance (Zion), who will dwell and reign with Christ for a 1000 years. All nations will be put under Christ's feet and he will rule with a rod of iron.
- The House of Israel and the House of Judah will be once again a United Israel (two sticks that become one): 12 tribes, living in the land of Inheritance once again as God Promised Abraham.
